Through the demonstration and implementation of unconditional positive regard, empathy, acceptance, and genuineness; Breanna creates a welcoming, safe, and nonjudgmental environment for the diverse patients who seek treatment and care.

With this purpose in mind, her theoretical approach blends leading therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy with her own real-world experiences, helping her to connect with patients from all walks of life.
Breanna prioritizes patient involvement in treatment and approaches development of therapeutic goals as a cooperative engagement
